Mike Kinard is the senior partner in the Magnolia law firm of Kinard, Crane, Butler & Phillips, P.A., with 45 years of general practice, including jury and non-jury civil trial work, both as Plaintiff and Defendant. He has served 12 years in public service as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney and Prosecuting Attorney. Business experience includes that of attorney and owner of various business ventures ranging from real estate development, manufacturing, both domestic and defense, and retail and wholesale marketing. Judicial experience includes two years on the Arkansas Court of Appeals and three appointments as Special Justice, Arkansas Supreme Court.
