Frank S. Hamlin is Arkansas’ longest serving and most experienced mediator, dating back to 1992. He has mediated about 3,000 cases in his career and has served as arbitrator in over 300 cases.

In Hamlin’s legal career, he has served as a judicial law clerk, a deputy prosecuting attorney, and for many years was in the private practice of law. Since 1997, he has been full-time as a third party neutral. In 2006 he was selected to be a Fellow in the American College of Civil Trial Mediators. In 2010 he was selected to be a member of the National Association of Distinguished Neutrals.
